    HOW OUR INSURANCE BILLING POLICY WORKS ​ Better Call Doc allows you to use your insurance health benefits. (chiropractic health profession class) Treatments must first be paid by the patient using cash or credit card. BCD will then issue a paid receipt to the patient for insurance claim submission. Receipts are provided by the BCD Account and Legal department for claim submissions (not located at the clinic). Invoices/receipts for insurance are generated once per month.

    WHAT ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR NASM + BCD ACADEMY COVERS APPLICATION FEE $65 USD. THE CONSORTIUM FEE WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE & REGISTRATION PROCESSES ​ Your application is processed on an individual basis. The consortium is NOT an automated click-pay-access process. We are registered academic facilities with full Charter licenses with government application registration guidelines. Time is required to process your application by a team of professionals: Director of Admissions for the consortium, NASM Academic Partner support team, BCD Academy Clinic Director & Associate Dean of Medicine review. A student profile will be created by the administration staff. A telephone interview must follow. Application details must be reviewed with you in order to ascertain your information is complete. Student acceptance & registry notices will then ensue.
